What is a snag?

A snag is an issue that has arisen during the building’s construction that has been overlooked by the builder, or not completed correctly.

What time will you arrive?

We will arrive on your appointment date at 9am.

How long does the survey take?

This is dependant on property size but we complete most onsite surveys within 4 to 6 hours.

Can my property be snagged before we move in?

Yes, we can conduct the survey either before your completion date or after your properties completion date. If you would like us to attend pre completion you will need to arrange access for us with your developer.
